A: We currently ship to customers within the USA and Canada.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping is $6.99 USD (automatically converted for CAD orders) on purchases under $100. Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

A: Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

A: Please contact us at support@thelostsoulco.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement.
