Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at support@thelostsoulco.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement.
