Because each piece is produced just for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with any of the following issues:

We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions. Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Items returned without prior approval

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Since all products are made to order, we cannot exchange or refund for size-related issues. Please double-check your measurements before purchasing.
Refunds
